Oyster & Beer Pairing with Bobby Groves of Chiltern Firehouse

We’ve teamed up with Bobby Groves, Head Oyster Shucker at the legendary Chiltern Firehouse restaurant (run by Michelin stared Head Chef Nuno Mendes) for an evening of oyster and beer pairing.
Bobby’s been working in the industry for over 10 years and will be serving up four different oysters from the east coast of Essex. Each variety of oyster has its own distinct flavour profile which Alex and Stuart from Ghost Whale have carefully paired with four complimentary beers.
There’ll be two of each variety of oyster per person.
DATE: Thursday 2nd March 2017
TIME: 7pm
Each ticket includes 8 oysters (2 of each of the 4 varieties), 4 glasses of the specially chosen beers for each oyster and a Ghost Whale glass to take home.
