With both Alex and Stuart from Ghost Whale living (or having lived) within a couple of streets of Gipsy Hill Brewing Company this Meet The Brewer night feels somewhat close to our hearts. We’ve both watched the brewery go from a small local business to a brewery that really is standing toe-to-toe with anybody else right now.

We’ve been in regular contact with the lovely people at Gipsy Hill almost ever since Ghost Whale was a mere twinkle in our eyes. They’ve been really supportive of us setting up and getting going and the way their beer has just kept improving in the time this took has been truly awesome to behold.
