WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We'll be in touch in the next day or two to confirm details for shipping your beer. Please look out for an email from us.
Direct debits usually take a few days to get set up with your bank, once it's set up your first payment will be taken automatically on or shortly after the 1st of next month. If you've signed up at the end of the month it may be that your direct debit can't be set up in time for next month's payment to be taken automatically. In which case we'll be in touch to let you know.
WHEN WILL MY BEERS BE READY?
We'll be packaging your beers as soon as next month's direct debit payment clears (usually 3 working days after 1st).
When the beer is packed you'll receive an email notification from us to let you know the beer is ready. If you signed up to have your beer shipped each month then you'll receive an automatic email from DPD with tracking information for your package.
Each month we provide accompanying notes for the beers. These will be emailed to you separately.
