We came across London Smoke & Cure at the Crystal Palace Sunday market a few months ago and were blown away. Ross has a small but extremely well equipped smokehouse right in the heart of the Crystal Palace triangle where he produces exceptional smoked fish, meats, cheeses and even butter. We couldn’t resist the opportunity to pair some of his best dishes with great beer from our fridges.

Ross will be serving up 4 courses fresh from the smoke house, each of which will be paired with a different beer. We’ve tested the pairings and believe us, you will not want to miss this!
